Point: 2.6, question 4 What requirements apply to buildings that fall under the “Other buildings” usage profile?

The minimum U-values must be complied with and an energy performance certificate must be issued for “other buildings”. Buildings that are only kept frost-free (i.e. less than or equal to + 5° C) are exempt from compliance with the minimum U-values and the issuing of an energy performance certificate.
