Point: 3 Are the references contained in point 3 “Simplified procedure” of the OIB Guideline 6 correct?
These are editorial errors. Correct is:
3.2.2 Determination of the basic volume of the conditioned storeys and their surface area according to the simplified geometry as per point 3.2.1.
3.2.4 Any conditioned roof spaces must be assigned a corresponding volume, the associated floor area, the associated external component areas and the area proportions of roof windows, including the respective orientation, in the same way (in accordance with points 3.2.1 to 3.2.3).
3.2.6 Modification of the surface area resulting from points 3.2.1 to 3.2.4 by multiplying the façade or roof area by 1.05n, depending on the number of projections or recesses and roof sections or superstructures in accordance with point 3.2.5. Where n is the number of horizontal and/or vertical projections or recesses, roof sections or superstructures.
3.2.7 The modifications in accordance with point 3.2.6 increase the façade area accordingly. The gross floor area GFA remains unaffected by these modifications.
3.3 Building physics
To simplify the recording of heat transfer coefficients (U-values), either default values in accordance with point 3.3.1 or standard values set by the federal states in accordance with point 3.3.2, which correspond to the respective state legal requirements, can be used.
3.3.1 Default values
For buildings for which no values are specified under point 3.3.2 (e.g. for older buildings), the following heat transfer coefficients (U-values) can be used:
