Q: Point: 2.1 Which test values for calculating the ventilation conductance can be used for compact ventilation units that have not yet been tested in accordance with ÖNORM EN 13141-7?

Test values from PHI tests that have been reduced by 5% points and test values from DIBt-TZWL tests that have been reduced by 14% points. Test values that were determined before December 15, 2010 (new publication of ÖNORM EN 13141-7) can be used without reductions.

Q: Point: 4.4.1 Does the wording "It should also be noted that a net photovoltaic yield NPVE can be calculated in accordance with EN 15316-4-6, subject to the condition that the total electricity demand per month of the building may not be exceeded by the NPVE invoiced and added to the balance (i.e. grid feed-in may not be used to reduce the final energy demand)" mean that, in the case of a residential building, the NPVE to be determined on a monthly basis may not exceed the value of the monthly household electricity consumption?

The passage "Grid feed-ins may not be used to reduce the final energy demand" means that yields may only be balanced to reduce demand if a demand occurs at the same time! Until standardized load profiles are available, the existing loads may be distributed evenly over the times of use.

Q: Point: 6.1 Question 1 How is "the following measures must be specified in the recommendation" in section 6.1 of the OIB guidelines to be understood?

The quote is to be understood as meaning that at least these two (a, b) are only to be given in the absence of sufficient recommendations for the five measures listed in the list.
